Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Flat rate: $12.95 USD

Free Shipping:

  • Available for orders over $50 USD
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Heydude shoes as much as we do. If you need to make a return or exchange, here’s our simple process:

Our Return Promise

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • Original packaging required
  • Order confirmation or receipt must accompany return

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks or any intimate apparel items if the original packaging has been opened.

4-Step Return Process

2. Receive Authorization
We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1 business day.

3. Package Your Items
Securely pack the items with the RMA number clearly visible on the package.

Return Shipping Options

  • Prepaid Label: We can email you a prepaid return label (shipping cost will be deducted from your refund)
  • Self-Arranged: You may arrange your own return shipping (we recommend using a trackable service)

Refund Processing

  • Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. In your request email, please specify:

  • The item you’d like to exchange
  • Your preferred replacement (size/color/style)

We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return.

International Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs/duties fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
