At Heydude, we want you to be as happy with your purchase as you are comfortable in our shoes. If for any reason you need to return or exchange your Men’s, Women’s, or Kids Casuals, we’ve made the process as effortless as slipping into your favorite pair.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks or any intimate apparel items if the original packaging has been opened.

Easy Returns Process

  1. Submit Your Request: Email our Comfort Concierge at [email protected] with your return/exchange request using the template below
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1 business day
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items with the RMA number clearly visible on the package
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return center at:

Return Shipping Options

You may choose your preferred return shipping method:

  • Prepaid Label: We can email you a prepaid return label (shipping cost will be deducted from your refund)
  • Self-Arranged: You may arrange your own return shipping (we recommend using a trackable service)

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. In your request email, please specify:

  • The item you’d like to exchange
  • Your preferred replacement (size/color/style)
  • We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs/duties fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
